This link connects you to the 2026 INITIAL Team Registration Form to get you on the list of interested teams.  Does not require downloading or printing anything.

Teams should complete this form to submit their official Roster to the league.  All rosters are finalized after April 17th, prior to finalizing the schedule and league divisions.  Most changes won't alter anything, but we need to be aware of significant shifts in level of play when setting up the season.

Secondary Player Note:  A secondary player is a player that is on another team's roster and is choosing to play on your roster to help them fill out your roster.  Team managers should be aware if a player is on another roster and ask which the player is choosing as their primary roster.  A game lineup must be comprised of 51% primary rostered players.  That means if you have 10 players in the lineup, 6 must be primary players.  If you have 11 players, 6 must be primary rostered players.  The entirety of a team's roster will be evaluated for fair placement into divisions.
